Thank you for choosing us to repair your TV. We are now booking appointments online only. Appointments must be paid in advance and the amount paid will be applied to repair cost if estimate is approved; otherwise, SilverEtechs will keep appointment fee to cover our time, travel cost and services.
- Please allow a two hour window for tech to arrive. (Example: If you pick 9am, our tech will arrive anytime between 9am - 11am)
- Your contact information (phone and email) must be entered correctly. You will be receiving a text msg and email reminding you of your appointment 24 hrs prior to your appointment time.
- Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 12 hrs prior to appointment time via our booking system. Last minute cancellations can be requested via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A $10 fee will apply.
- Our methods of payment are Cash and Credit Cards. A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions and state driver license will be required for identity confirmation.
