- Please allow a two hour window for tech to arrive. (Example: If you pick 9am, our tech will arrive anytime between 9am - 11am)
- Your contact information (phone and email) must be entered correctly. You will be receiving a text msg and email reminding you of your appointment 24 hrs prior to your appointment time.
- Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 12 hrs prior to appointment time via our booking system. Last minute cancellations can be requested via email at email@example.com. A $10 fee will apply.
- Our methods of payment are Cash and Credit Cards. A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions and state driver license will be required for identity confirmation.
